Complimentary Exclusion Screening

Every provider. Every database.
In writing.

Sentinel will verify your practice’s provider exclusion screening — every licensed provider, checked against the federal OIG LEIE, the GSA SAM exclusion records, and the applicable state list(s) — and deliver a written screening record your practice keeps. Complimentary. No obligation, no subscription required.

Request Your Screening Record

No patient information is involved at any point. Provider identities and license information are public professional records.

What This Is

A point-in-time verification
of your provider roster.

Sentinel checks every licensed provider in your practice — and, if you wish, your staff roster — against the federal OIG List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE), the GSA SAM exclusion records, and the exclusion list(s) applicable in your state, as of a stated date.

Most states maintain their own Medicaid exclusion lists separately from the federal list. A provider can appear on a state list without appearing on the federal one. In our experience, this is the single most commonly missed gap in otherwise well-run screening: the federal check happens, and the state check is assumed.

The federal OIG LEIE, GSA SAM, and your state’s list are separate databases. Sentinel checks all three — and shows you the result.
What You Receive

A written screening record —
formatted as evidence.

Not a verbal “all clear.” A dated document your practice files and can produce later:

Who was screenedEvery provider on the roster you confirm — staff optional
Against which databasesFederal OIG LEIE + GSA SAM exclusions + the applicable state list(s)
On what date, with what resultsClear results per person — including any potential matches that warrant review
In evidence formDated and filed-ready — the “proven” state of the three-state evidence model, on paper

The record is yours to keep — whether or not you ever speak with Sentinel again.

No patient information is involved

Provider identities and license information are public professional records — the NPI registry, state licensing boards. Exclusion screening runs entirely against those public records and public exclusion databases.

No PHI is requested, accessed, or needed at any point. There is nothing to connect, install, or grant access to.

Why Sentinel does this at no cost

This is how we demonstrate our work instead of describing it. The screening is real work product, done properly, given away.

No obligation, no subscription required, and no sales sequence is triggered by requesting it. If the record is useful, you know where we are.

No provider names or rosters here — we confirm the roster with you directly before anything is run.

What happens next: Sentinel confirms your provider roster with you directly, runs the screening against the federal and state databases, and delivers your written record — typically within a few business days. No obligation, no subscription required.

Request received.

We will reach out to confirm your provider roster, run the screening against the federal and state databases, and deliver your written record — typically within a few business days. Nothing else happens unless you ask it to.

The screening record is a point-in-time verification against public exclusion databases as of the date shown. It is not a legal determination, a compliance certification, or a guarantee of future status. Exclusion databases change; a point-in-time record reflects the date it was produced.
